Is scoring really free?

Yes. The live scoreboard is free for everyone, forever — no account, no install, no time limit. Plans only change the live video.

What does the free video include?

Free streaming sends video phone-to-phone. It works well on most home and venue connections. Some networks block it or some viewers' devices can't load it; when that happens the app says so and a paid plan streams through a relay that plays more widely.

How does the streaming time work?

Family and Pro include a bank of streaming time that only counts down while you are actually live — not wall-clock — and it works across as many matches as you like. A typical match streams about 1.5–2 hours including warm-up and breaks, so Family covers roughly 6–8 matches (a full tournament day) and Pro roughly 12–16 (a busy club month).

Your banked hours are good for 90 days (3 months) from purchase — no subscription, no auto-renew.

Do I need to install an app?

No. VBallScore is a web app. Open it in your browser, and you can add it to your home screen so it launches full-screen — without any app store.
