Short version: Email info@vballscore.com from the address on your account (or use in-app Support) and ask us to delete your account. We remove your account data within 30 days.
Your account record (name, email, provider account ID, avatar), linked sign-in methods and passkeys, your friends and requests, your saved streaming-time balance, your direct-message rooms and message history, your support messages and attachments, your saved match-chapter lists, and any stored YouTube connection credential. Live video is never stored by us, and any match recordings live only on your own device — so there is nothing on our servers to delete for those.
Public match results and scores you entered (team names, scores, venue) may remain part of the public match record even after your account is deleted, since they are not personal to you alone and others may have participated in or relied on those games. We also retain minimal records required for security, fraud prevention, tax, and legal compliance (for example, payment records held by our processor, Stripe).
Removing VBallScore from a login provider or from your Google account stops future access at that provider; it does not by itself delete data VBallScore already holds. Send the request above to delete that data. If you connected YouTube, account deletion also removes our stored connection credential. You can separately revoke access at Google Account permissions.
