VBallScore — Delete Your Data

Short version: Email info@vballscore.com from the address on your account (or use in-app Support) and ask us to delete your account. We remove your account data within 30 days.

How to request deletion

  1. Email info@vballscore.com with the subject "Delete my data", sent from the email address associated with your account — or open the app, tap the menu (≡), and use Support to send us the request.
  2. If you signed in with Facebook or Google, tell us which one and the name on your account so we can locate it.
  3. We confirm and delete your account and the personal data tied to it within 30 days, and reply when it's done.

What gets deleted

Your account record (name, email, provider account ID, avatar), your friends list, your saved streaming-time balance, your direct messages and support messages, and your saved match-chapter lists. Live video is never stored by us, and any match recordings live only on your own device — so there is nothing on our servers to delete for those.

What may remain

Public match results and scores you entered (team names, scores, venue) may remain part of the public match record even after your account is deleted, since they are not personal to you alone and others may have participated in or relied on those games. We also retain minimal records required for security, fraud prevention, tax, and legal compliance (for example, payment records held by our processor, Stripe).

Facebook Login

If you logged in with Facebook and remove VBallScore from your Facebook account's Apps & Websites settings, Facebook stops sharing your profile with us. To also delete the data we already hold, send the request above. Questions: info@vballscore.com.
