By using VBallScore ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization (such as a tournament), you represent that you are authorized to do so.
Some features (including broadcasting live video) require you to sign in with a supported provider. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, broadcast, or share content that:
If you broadcast live video, you are solely responsible for the content you capture and transmit, and you represent that you have all rights and consents necessary to do so. We do not pre-screen broadcasts. We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, stop, remove, or refuse any broadcast, and suspend or ban the broadcasting account.
Viewers may report a stream. Reports are reviewed and may result in the stream being ended and the account banned. Abuse of the reporting tool is itself a violation.
Some streaming features are paid — currently a one-time "Pro" broadcast block that allows a set number of live-video viewers for a set length of time, as shown at checkout. By purchasing, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. A paid block reserves streaming capacity; it does not guarantee that any particular number of people will watch. When a block's viewer or time limit is reached, the live video may stop automatically — the scoreboard itself stays free and available. All payments are final and non-refundable, including for unused viewers or time, except where a refund is required by law. Prices, viewer limits, and included time may change; the terms shown at the point of purchase govern that purchase. Initiating a chargeback or dispute on a valid purchase may result in suspension of your account.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Service is offered as an evolving product and may change, break, or be discontinued at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VBallScore and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
